We have a 0return policy, which means the only way you get a return is if I send you the wrong order . Hair extensions come in different textures and quality this is Pretty Raww Hair we sale 3 different qualities. We check each order before shipping or pick up. You may not cancel/return order because of shipping time! Processing time is listed on all product description. DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR HAIR!

Full refunds are allowed with in 48 hours. REFUNDS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IF ORDER IS WRONG on my end. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND PREORDER ALLOWING 7-14 business days from purchase date. RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT YOUR STYLE. Full refunds are allowed for online orders only! After the 48 hours I allow 7 days from the day package is received for equal purchase credit FOR ORDERS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN WORNG OR IF PRODUCTS DO NOT MATCH ITEMS ORDERED. Pick up orders are allowed for full refunds at the time of pickup only, only if the order is wrong or not available after meeting or leaving the store there are absolutely NO RETURNS! PICK UP ORDERS ARE STILL 7-14 business days to be ready, but may be ready sooner a refund will not be available because you expect same day pick up!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

support@prettyrawwhair.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping fee will be deducted from return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
